Ericka oversees every deal handled by FlipStream, acting as the essential link between title companies, lenders, buyers, and sellers to ensure clear communication and timely updates throughout the process.
With over seven years in the real estate industry, Ericka brings a wealth of experience to FlipStream. A licensed real estate agent with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), she has managed complex workflows as a transaction coordinator, successfully handling up to 70 deals in escrow at once. Ericka's accomplishments include spearheading the closure of over 600 transactions in a single year—a testament to her dedication and expertise.
Outside of work, Ericka treasures spending time with her three small children. Whether exploring the outdoors or curling up with a good book, she values being present and making lasting memories with her family.
